Councillor Wendy Brackenbury

Wendy was born and educated in Northamptonshire.  She has served in the Royal Navy both in the UK and abroad and has spent a number of years employed as a Personnel Officer for a group of companies in London. She moved back to Northamptonshire with her husband in 1997 to bring up their young family.

Wendy currently serves on the Children, Learning and Communities Scrutiny Committee and the Corporate Parenting Board as well as sitting on a number of working parties. In 2014 she was appointed onto Kettering General Hospital Council of Governors as a Local Authority representative

Wendy also serves as a Councillor on East Northants District Council.
