Councillor Paul Bell

Paul is a widower and has four grown up children and lives locally in the Swanspool area for the last eleven years and has live in Wellingborough for the last 20 years. Paul is the Borough councillor for Swanspool ward on the Borough Council of Wellingborough for the past 6 years; Paul also is a school governor of two local schools and a public member of Kettering General Hospital Trust Council. Paul works as a Health and Safety officer for a loss adjusting company and in his spare times likes to visit National Trust buildings and other historical place and as a hobby collects teddy bears and makes teddy bears to relax.
