Local Pension Board (Northamtponshire Fire & Rescue Service - Firefighters' Scheme)

The Local Pension Board has the authority to assist Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service (as the administering authority of the Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service - Firefighters' Scheme) in securing compliance with the Principal 2013 Pension Regulations; and any other legislation; and any requirements imposed by the Pensions Regulator in relation to the Scheme. It also has the authority to assist the administering authority in ensuring the effective and efficient governance and administration of the Scheme.
