Councillor Sue Homer

I first became a Councillor in 1999 and have spent 14 years in Local Government having undertaken positions as Mayor of Rushden Town Council, and Chairman of East Northamptonshire District Council. My involvement at County level has been with the Pension Board and Audit Committee to date and I look forward to being associated with other departments as time progresses.

I am a member of the Rotary Club and President of the Rushden Historical Transport Society and also enjoy fundraising in the Community where past achievements have been recognised by way of being a Freeman of the City of London.

I thoroughly enjoy serving my community and helping the residents with Ward and/or Personal issues as and when they arise.
