Local Pension Board (Local Government Pension Scheme)

The Local Pension Board has the authority to assist Northamptonshire County Council (as the administering authority of the Northamptonshire Local Government Pension Scheme) in securing compliance with the the Principal 2013 Pension Regulations; andy other legislation; and any requirements imposed by the Pensions Regulator in relation to the Scheme. It also has the authority to assist the administering authority in ensuring the effective and efficient governance and administration of the Scheme.
